OPaLL-AGRI – supply of extraction and filtration equipment for robotic welding of H-frame
For OPaLL-AGRI, s.r.o. we delivered an extraction and filtration device for the robotic H-frame welding workplace, the technology of which was supplied by Valk Welding CZ.
The designed system provides an air-conditioning capacity of 5,000 m³/h, which was optimized with regard to the nature of the welding process, the size of the workspace and the requirements for effective capture of emissions arising from welding.
Effective extraction directly at the source
Extraction is carried out via a motorized movable hood, located on the steel structure of the robot chassis. This solution allows:

precise adjustment of the hood position to the current working position,

capturing fumes directly at their source,
-
minimizing the leakage of welding emissions into the hall.
Thanks to the extraction "at the source", the filtration efficiency is significantly increased and at the same time the overall requirements for the volume of extracted air are reduced.
High filtration efficiency and energy efficiency
The delivery includes a filter unit designed for long-term and reliable operation in an industrial environment. The system achieves:

high efficiency of separation of fine welding particles,

stable performance under load fluctuations,
-
low pressure losses.
The optimized air conditioning concept contributes to energy-efficient operation and thus to reduced operating costs. The combination of effective emission capture and economical operation of the equipment represents a modern and responsible solution in the field of industrial filtration.
By implementing the project, we helped OPaLL-AGRI ensure a safe working environment, compliance with legislative requirements and long-term sustainable operation of the robotic welding workplace.
