DITON Střítež – exhaust emissions from technological lines
For DITON in the Střítež plant, we implemented two industrial extraction systems aimed at effectively capturing emissions directly at the point of their origin.
The first system provides extraction for the mold cleaning line and their subsequent passivation. Emissions are captured using a vertically movable extraction wall, the position of which can be adapted to individual phases of the work process. The extracted air is cleaned in a DENA AFS FMOM/4 VENT filtration device with an air capacity of 8,000 m³/h.
The second part of the implementation addresses the extraction of the line for robotic patina spraying on the surfaces of concrete products. To limit the spread of emissions into the production hall, the line was equipped with a built-in cover and a DENA AFS SOV2-Custom exhaust filter wall with a capacity of 6,500 m³/h.
Both solutions contribute to the effective capture of technological emissions, limiting their spread into the working environment and improving conditions in the workplace. The implementation was designed with an emphasis on high extraction efficiency, long-term operational reliability and minimal maintenance requirements. Thanks to the optimization of air flow and the correct dimensioning of the filter technology, effective capture of fine dust particles generated during the production of concrete precast products was achieved.
