TIGEN implemented a project for DITON to install a vibropress cover in a precast concrete product production facility. The aim of the contract was to effectively capture and filter emissions generated during the pressing of concrete products and during the transfer of mixing equipment.
The delivery included the design and installation of extraction technology connected to a filtration device with a fan with an output of 19,000 m³/h. The system ensures reliable dust removal from the technological process, contributes to improving the working environment and at the same time helps meet the requirements for ecological production operations.
The implementation was designed with an emphasis on high extraction efficiency, long-term operational reliability and minimal maintenance requirements. Thanks to the optimization of the air flow and the correct dimensioning of the filtration technology, effective capture of fine dust particles generated during the production of precast concrete products was achieved.
