TIGEN implemented an extraction system for a welding robot in the company ALTECH spol. s r.o., the aim of which was to ensure effective removal of welding fumes while maintaining an economically advantageous solution.
The designed extraction is solved using a suspended hood measuring 3 × 2.5 m, which reliably covers the robot's working space and ensures effective collection of pollutants directly at the source of their origin. The hood is connected to a CFO 6-90 filtration unit from the Italian manufacturer DENA AFS, which provides high filtration efficiency and low operating costs.
The entire device was delivered with an emphasis on optimizing acquisition costs without compromising on performance and quality of extraction. The result is a reliable system that meets the requirements for a safe working environment, energy efficiency and long-term operational efficiency.
